The property is situated in Tires, Rua Ramalho Ortigão Tires, 2785-152 São Domingos de Rana, in the municipality of Cascais (Lisbon district), a very quiet area, only villas and no traffic, fantastic to rest, after an active day exploring all that the county of Cascais has to offer.

They are two twin villas with gardens around them. The owner lives in one of the villas and the other one for the exclusive use of the guests. The holiday villa has two floors, on the first floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom and the dining room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. In the kitchen there is a door to the back of the villa where there is a porch where you can enjoy a quiet meal and also access to a top floor where you can find sun lounger to relax in the sun. This space and the porch is shared with the owner, however, during the stay he will give exclusive use to his guests, respecting their privacy. Guests can enjoy the grounds – which are perfect for children to play.
Three rooms with double beds and a sofa bed gives the Villa the capacity for 7 persons.
A perfect house for families (up to seven adult – couples) to enjoy Lisbon wonderful sun and light.
The Villa is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration give the apartment a feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. All linens and towels are provided as also amenities for the first day as shower gel, toilet paper and so on. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available at the apartment for free.
We are happy to recommend restaurants and shops, and to give directions, information or local hints to make guests’ stay more enjoyable.

1- Collection and selection of municipal waste
The selection of waste in bags must be made

The respective sacks should be placed daily on the echo point on the public road.
2- There is a washing machine in the laundry (instructions book attached).
3- In the kitchen there is a stove with hob and gas oven (instruction book attached), a coffee machine and its filters, a magic wand, a toaster and an on-water heater that starts automatically when you open the taps.
4- The following safety procedures must be adopted:
– The various devices may be used by children over 8 years of age by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or with little experience and knowledge if they are supervised by a professional who is responsible for their safety.
– Do not allow children to brighten the appliances.
– Keep children away from appliances when they are running or cool.
– Leaving food with grease or oil on the hob unattended can be dangerous and cause a fire.
– Never attempt to extinguish a fire with water. Instead, turn off the appliance and cover the flames with the fire blanket.
– Do not place objects on the cooking zones.
– Metal objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the surface of the plate as they may become hot.
– Do not use the appliance with wet hands or if it is in contact with water.
– Always switch the appliance off after use.
